Description:-
Duraguard CWS crystalline capillary waterproofing system contains a proprietary blend of portland cement, quartz aggregate, and special chemicals. In the presence of moisture, the active chemicals in Duraguard CWS crystalline waterproofing system penetrate concrete and react chemically with free lime to produce insoluble crystals. This crystalline growth reduces porosity by blocking capillaries and filling hairline non-structural cracks (up to 0.25mm wide) caused by shrinkage or expansion. Unlike metallic and membrane types of waterproofing which only form a surface barrier, Duraguard CWS crystalline waterproofing system, in the presence of water, continues producing crystals and lasting imperviousness to water.
Typical Application:-
Use Duraguard CWS concentrate as is, directly from the container. Wearing rubber gloves, distribute the powder evenly by hand, over freshly poured concrete 1.22 to 1.35 kg/m2 before the final floating operation. It is best to distribute the powder at 1/2 the recommended rate in one direction, and the other half at a right angle to the first application. Keep hand as close as possible to the surface to prevent material from blowing away. For larger areas, a rotary type spreader may be used. Float slab and trowel to final finish.

Description:-
Duramix – CMA Crystalline Mortar Admixture is a chemical admixture in dry powdered form which is specifically formulated to provide long-term protection in rendering/plastering mortar, masonry mortar, and concrete masonry units. can often be used Duramix – CMA in place of externally applied surface sealers to protect against water and waterborne contaminants and can be easily incorporated into the existing mix design and application processes.
Duramix – CMA contains Condura’s unique and proven Crystalline technology which reacts with cement particles to form millions of needle-like crystals, reducing both permeability and absorption of the mortar by filling the naturally occurring pores and voids in cementitious mortar.
Crystalline technology helps to simplify installation and provide superior performance such as its ability to self-seal minor cracks and withstand water under pressure.
Typical Application :-
Duramix – CMA Duramix – CMA at 1 to 1.5 % by weight of cement. When dosing on the Jobsite, measure and add 1 liter (1 quart) of a tightly-packed bag of cement in your mortar mix. Mix well. Reduce water if necessary. It is designed to be used with existing mixed design and installation practices. Proper curing is essential to achieve the performance and benefits.

Description:-
Adding To concrete enhances the concrete’s natural hydration process by intensifying and prolonging the hydration of the cementing materials. Capillary pores are reduced in both size and number. The concrete is made dramatically less porous. At the same Time, Duramix : CWS fills all remaining pores and capillaries with millions of long, hair–like crystals throughout the concrete mass. The resulting concrete is impermeable to the migration of water or waterborne chemicals. When moisture is removed as the concrete dries, the active ingredients of Duramix : CWS will sit dormant. Sometimes new cracks will form in concrete from drying, settling or some other cause. Water entering through these cracks will come into contact with the dormant chemicals of Duramix : CWS and cause them to become active again. New crystals form and grow to shut off the water. This ability of the chemicals to sit dormant and then become active again in the presence of water, gives the treated concrete a “self-healing” ability. The self healing ability of Duramix : CWS is one of its best and most unique features. Self–healing properties can save enormous repair
Typical Application :-
Duramix : CWS is recommended for all new above and below grade concrete that will benefit from waterproofing and corrosion protection. Foundations and retaining walls Potable water and wastewater containment structures On ground and suspended slabs, raft slabs Eliminates the risk of costly repairs and damage from failed membrane systems Bridges and parking structures Tunnels and pipelines Pools, aquariums and water features Marine structures Architectural concrete Shotcrete Pre-cast and tilt–up Virtually all concrete requiring crack reduction and durability properties Compatible with self consolidating concrete (SCC) Compatible with fiber-reinforced concrete
Dosage & Coverage :-
Duramix : CWS is a dry powder admixture that is added to the concrete mix at the rate of 1% by weight of the cementitious content including fly ash, To a maximum of 6 kg per cubic meter (13.5 lbs/cubic yard) Reduce the water content by 5-10% depending on slump requirement. Water to cementitious ratio must be 0.45 or less Duramix : CWS is compatible with most water reducing admixtures and superplasticizers Trial batches are highly recommended

Description:-
Durapath CWS is supplied as a ready to use a blend of dry powders which requires only the site addition of clean water to produce a free-flowing non-shrink repair micro concrete. The material is based on Portland cement, graded aggregates, and fillers, and additives which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic state, while minimizing water demand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long term durability
Typical Application:-
The unrestrained surface area of the repair must be kept to a minimum. The formwork should include drainage outlets for pre-soaking and if beneath a soffit, provision for airventing. Provision must also be made for suitable access points to pour or pump the mixed micro-concrete in place.

Description:-
Dura Plug CWS is supplied as a ready to use a blend of dry powders which requires only the site addition of clean water to produce a highly consistent, rapid setting mortar which is easy to apply in many difficult conditions. The material is based on a blend of cement, graded aggregates, special fillers, and chemical additives which control the rate of the set and minimize the risk of thermal cracking. Dura Plug CWS provides an initial set time o approximately one minute.
Typical Application:-
Trowel apply or hand-knead the mixed mortar in place, ensuring maximum contact with the substrate before the material sets. If being used to plug running water, Dura Plug CWS should be used and held in place until the initial set is reached. Note the minimum applied thickness of Dura Plug CWS should be 15 mm.
Dosage & Coverage:-
Compressive strength 5 N/mm2 @ 2 hours @ 20oC 25 N/mm2 @ 28 days @ 20oC Initial set time : Approximately 1 min @ 20oC Note: Set times will be extended when mixed at lower temperatures. Rapid setting cement-based, water-stopping mortar
